Tips for sleep well

1 – Hours of sleep:

If you respect these times even on weekends, this generates a custom in our brain , enhancing the natural circadian rhythm of sleep and regulating the biological variables in appropriate time intervals .

The number of hours of sleep should be between 7 and 8 hours every day , no more, no less.

 

2 – Remains active during the day.

Make exercise at least 60 minutes a day, it is not necessary that you go to the gym , you can go for a walk, physical activity can reduce stress and help you feel more relaxed. But do not exercise before bedtime because exercise increases body temperature and generates more difficulties and discomfort at bedtime .
